My stylist ( I do not want to name her) was not professional. She made rude comments and was snippy throughout my haircut. I then had to get my hair fixed by another Great Clips in Brownsburg. Will not go back to this stylist.

The manager is the only one who can trim my hair because I have 5 places in which my hair looks like I’m going bald, I think they call them ( cowlicks ) and she is the only one who can cut my hair! She’s the best!

I went for a hair trim with long layers and my hair is very uneven and choppy. The hair stylist didn’t part my hair or anything. She just combed it and started grabbing random pieces and snipping the ends off. My hair looks terrible.
