One of the best commerce experiences I can recall. Because of changing weather in my area, later coupled with an unexpected need to stay away from home due to covid, I had to request several shipping changes from Aquatic Arts for an order placed previously. A sure pain for them to deal with but as a customer, I never felt the frustration. Customer service was timely and professional, completely accommodating. My animals arrived to my home during a window that worked for me and arrived in terrific shape, even better than I expected in terms of quality. Pricing was more than fair and in sum, I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Aquatic Arts. Actually I am quite impressed with every function of their operation and as such they have earned a very loyal customer who recommends their business to anyone in this hobby. Thank you!!!

I received my order today (several varieties of shrimp, plants & fish). Everything looked great and was in fantastic shape. There were even extras of some items, I guess in the event of DOA’s, which there were none. I have ordered a lot of fish and plants over the years. Rarely does the vendor deliver A+ products and service across the board. Thanks for the wonderful customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

Aquatic Arts is a small company that really focuses on its customers! They have gone out of their way to answer all the emails I write to them, containing all sorts of questions about my aquarium hobby. Everyone seems very passionate about aquariums! They have also gone extra distances to ensure I received my fish deliveries at times that worked around my being away from home. Aquatic Arts delivers quality aquarium life to the door; many times they include extra animals when it comes to snails, shrimps, a.s.f. And all my animals were delivered alive and well! These guys are outstanding!

Aquatic Arts is just an all around excellent company. They take pride in what they do and it shows with everything. My shrimp arrived alive in a well packed foam box. The box is marked with stickers indicating it has live animals in it and to handle with care. Shipping is super fast which is nice and it helps keep the shrimps stress levels lows. Low stress equals happy shrimp! The customer service is top notch and they are always quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. Just a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them you because you will not be disappointed.

My shipment of Japanese rice fish arrived yesterday in perfect condition. I have always wanted to try this species, but I had no luck finding them near my home in the Chicago area, so I was thrilled to find them available from Aquatic Arts. Also, I spend most of the summer at a tiny cabin in upstate NY, where I establish a little container pond each summer with a waterlily. Everything got here beautifully packaged and perfectly on schedule. It is so nice to know that one can receive treatment which matches the promised performances in the advertising and promotional materials. A job well done!
