Been sitting here for 30 minutes and there’s nobody waiting with me! I filled out the paperwork and nothing. The one on Fern Valley is quicker than these people and they are 10 times busier. I’m not sure what’s going on.

I've been here twice and both times were terrible. The staff is very unpleasant and act like they don't care. Extremely rude, and bitchy. The second time that I went the doctor that seen me was the only nice one out of the miserable bunch. I only went because I had no other choice. I don't recommend this place unless you have no other option. I wouldn't feel comfortable taking my dog there.

Staff are difficult to communicate with. It seems this place is not concerned with pleasing its visitors and simply a easy way for companies to send employees in for needed clinical purposes. I came for a flu shot, and it took me nearly an hour to be seen.

Easy to get to and you don't have to wait all day to be seen. Nice staff!

I tried to make an appt here to be seen for a pre work physical and the lady who answered the phone answered in a very unpleasant tone. When I asked to try to make an appointment for my employer she asked if they were sending me here. When I answered her she said in a very smartelic tone well Ive never heard of them thats why I'm asking. After that the call went silent. I stayed on for a few mins. It sounded like she set the phone down so I would hang up. I could hear her tinkering around her desk. Now I have no clue how Im going to get my physical all because of one rude lady.
