Palmyra water company is a joke. My mother has been told she has a water leak but yet we can not find one. Plumber seems to think it is the meter as well but according to them the water meter cant be broken although several years back this happened at my house and I went months of having a higher water bill due to the meter needing to be fixed and never got reimbursed for those higher bills. I believe the same thing is happening to her.

I have been without water for a day now because the water co. Was sending my bill to the wrong address! Now I have to go all evening with NO SHOWER or WATER over a $40 bill they want me to pay a late fee and $75 reconnection fee totaling $150. After the WATER CO. Admitting they were in the wrong they waived the reconnection fee but still I HAVE TO PAY THE LATE FEE, and wait with NO WATER until they can get someone here to turn it back on tomorrow OR I could PAY $50 for emergency service and get it back on. 04/08/2019.
