Absolutely the worst service of anywhere I have ever been. While waiting, I witnessed a staff member rudely helping a older physically disabled woman. Her attitude was very disrespectful which made me angry in the first place. The, when it was my turn, I was greeted very disrespectfully and the service was horrible and she made it complicated. If you have the option, absolutely do not go to the Corydon License Branch. There was one lady running around cleaning who was nice but you are better off going somewhere else where people will treat you better.
They have got it down to a science. Got there early and we were out of there in about half an hour. Great job to all.
Went to BMV to renew/upgrade my drivers license. I was expecting to be in their office at least an hour. Much to my surprise my number was called before i got settled into the waiting room chair. The lady helping me was very professional and kind. From the time i got out if my car until i drove away was 9 minutes. I thought they provided excellent service.

Always wasting my time with this place. Went in to get plates from a vehicle that I purchased. They were unable to process because a date was missing from a piece of paper. I understand and would get that fixed from the dealer. I explained that I was traveling out of the state and only had one day left on my temp plate. I asked them to review everything else so that my wife could walk in tomorrow (with the missing date) and get it done. Two people checked everything and they assured us that was all that was missing. We get a copy of missing item from the dealer and she returns the next day. Guess what?? Something else is missing or wrong. Now I'm 2 states away and my temp plate expires today. This was their mistake and they could care less. I should have went to New Albany. I've always had good service there!
