My spouse was in an accident where the claims adjuster many states away attributed a percentage of fault to her. The other party clearly and admittedly ran the red light. Her having any fault assigned did not sit well with me so I contacted my agent. Kody was responsive and listed to our reasoning and concerns. Ultimately when given the facts of the accident he concurred with our assessment. He personally spent the day arguing on our behalf to a senior adjuster. Ultimately the claim was adjusted to our benefit. The right and wrong is not what is important. What mattered to me was that he listened to my side assessed an opinion and spent significant hours trying to make it right for us. He did and I appreciate that effort.
