Dr. James K. Homrighausen-Oral Surgeon

I was recommended here for my son's oral surgery. He was very young 6 or 7 at the time. His first oral surgery. My son is now 15 years old and to this day can't stand a dentist thanks to his appointment here. He was knocked out for the procedure, I wasn't there when he woke and he was terrified. He was moved to the recovery area and as I tried to console him Dr. H came out and looked at my son and told him to stop screaming it was scaring his patients and to save it for Halloween, which was the next day. I was mortified, to say the least, so was the Nurse/Assistant that was with my son and I. I told her I wanted to leave immediately, she said she understood and had never saw the Dr act that way. I carried my son to the car as I waa crying mad. I still to this day have never had anyone talk to myself or my son that way. I'm happy everyone else in the reviews had a great experience but this place ruined my son when it comes to dental work.nI did advise my son's dentist that referred us there too.nWhat kind of Dr talks to a scared little boy that way?

Had my 1st visit today with Dr Homrighausen. I am very happy to say, my husband & I were very satisfied with our visit. He & his staff, all were wonderful. Very polite, super friendly. He was very knowledgeable & precise in explaining the x-rays & how he would be doing the procedure & what to expect after work is completed.(which would be 100% complete satisfaction) His attending nurse was also outstanding with her caring nature & was just as knowledgeable in giving explanations & instructions. The lady who did the insurance, the receptionist who signed us in, All deserve 5 stars! Definitely made up for having to make the dreaded long drive to & from E'ville.

Cant find anything negative to say. Dr H made me and my mom feel welcome. Id be lying if i said that i was looking fwd to having 3 teeth removed but this dr and his staff made the experience much easier to deal with. Id recommend. Thank u

These people are AWESOME. Would easily recommend this office to anyone at anytime. Won't go anywhere else.

I had a great experience for an emergency extraction. Staff was responsive, the dentist was excellent. Extraction happened fast, was painless, and within three days it was mostly healed. They told me exactly how much my insurance would pay before they did it. I’d give bonus points for seeing emergencies during the pandemic if I could. I can’t think of a single thing that could have been improved.
