Was refused service. Had walked in with my mask below my nose (oops) n staff YELLED in front of everybody PULL IT UP. Didn’t courteously ask Please pull it up. But got past that and they put me on the list. 3 Walk-Ins later I’m still waiting. Asked about this. Was intentionally not put on the list. I commented my frustration that I was told I was on list and to wait. They said they were refusing to cut my hair and was told to leave. Again in front of everyone. This one star rating was the lowest option but I wouldn’t give a small fraction of a star rating. I’m spending no more time dealing with this issue so don’t expect an email. I was HAPPILY serviced with courteous prompt hair cut at FANTASTIC SAMS. My new go to place.

We visited yesterday to get my 4 year olds hair cut. With Covid the guidelines are clear and so are the state guidelines. The manager cut my sons hair and did a good job. My issue is my 4 year old who is not required due to age and is asthmatic so number 2 reason that he also is not required had to hold a towel over his face. The manager informed me that her supervisors are the ones that set the guidelines and that anyone over 2 has to wear a mask. I found the executive order after we were done and it clearly states a child under 2 should never wear a mask and children between 2 and 8 are exempt from the mandate. Please educate your employees. I as a parent should not be made to explain what the law is, and my asthmatic child should not be made to hold a towel over his face. I sent an email to the customer service and I ask her for contact information to discuss this with whoever told her over 2. She said to send the email. So I am leaving a review because no information was given and I would also like to attach a screenshot of the executive order but that is. It a option.

Rude staff from the start, was next in line and two other people who walked in after us and DID NOT check in online before were served before us. Hair dresser printed out the ticket for my boys hair cut. While sitting in chair she asked if they would be getting a mohawk again or not. They have never had a mohawk and we have been going to this location regularly for 3 years now. Once I told them what we wanted I got attitude and rude comments about how that is what the ticket said. One of my boys have learning disabilities and is uneasy with things and I could tell hair dresser was losing patience and being short and rude. needless to say we will not be every coming back to this location. It seems that they struggle to keep staff members every few months.nnAlso as we were leaving a older gentlemen who most likely had issues hearing walked in without a mask on and THREE staff members YELLED that he needed a mask or he needed to leave. I found this very unprofessional and he simply forgot and out one on.nnNOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE ANYMORE!!
