I don’t usually fill these surveys out but since I’ve done business with this company for years and I can assure you this is one of the best companies I have used and I recommend it to anyone in need of a unit. I feel our personal items are safer there than a lot of other storage facilities. When dealing with businesses I like to deal with one person so this is another reason I like this facility, the lady who is always there is very willing to help anyway she can not to mention I see her working on that lot and in the yard. The place is well maintained. I will be staying and recommending this place as I have for years. Thank you

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were customers for over a year and due to Vanessa’s attitude towards us we are taking our storage needs elsewhere. Extremely dissatisfied.
