Kammerer Family Dentistry Of Fortville

Dr. Kammerer is a phenomenal doctor. He is honest, good with kids and adults, and has always been helpful with any of my needs. However, whoever handles billing and financials should be fired. They accept Medicaid but don't ever actually bill the Medicaid. When you call to ask them to bill the Medicaid, they make it a big deal and say that it is a hard process and they hardly ever pay out as a secondary. When I asked if this is going to be an ongoing issue, if so I would go elsewhere, the woman said she isn't going to argue with me. Poor customer service.

Doctor Kammerer is great. My husband had his front tooth replaced, looks perfect. He's laid back, easy to talk to, small quiet office and Michelle does a great job keeping everything in order. Highly recommend.

Short version of the story is.... After going here I had to see another dentist because this one put to much filling in my teeth and messed my teeth up caused nerve damage after over a year of work and pain I finally have it all fixed I would not recommend this place.
