Sugar Creek Branch of Hancock County Public Library

A wonderful library the staff is always helpful. The branch manager, Jeanette helped me with computer tasks I was having problems completing.

Impressive, clean, quite, and helpful. Nice selection for a small hometown library. They can order you any book you could need. You just have to wait a few days to get it. They also have a selection of DVD, and video games. Nice reading areas are spread throughout the building. Also has a separate area for children.

Visited this branch location for the first time today. Impressive new building, with seating areas with tables, or just comfy chairs for reading. A separate children's room with its own area. Used books for sale in a Friends of the Library shelf, and specific area for new releases. Community room also available. Quite nice.

Wow... I went in to get something printed and I called ahead to get the printer paper weight. I needed to print on heavier paper. I ended up speaking to 3 different people about printing something. After speaking with several people and going to the store to purchase my own 65 weight paper, Cindy didn't want me to use the printer. They have this huge office printer, but she claimed she was told that 65 weight paper could break it. However, the other woman was very friendly and said that she had had to help someone with this before. Finally, got what I needed (Thanks to the other lady!)

Absolutely love our Sugar Creek Branch and the committed staff. The HCLSCB is a wonderful, visible example of our tax dollars being put to good use. READ ON
