Called over and over, they either hang up on you before the conversation starts or they send you to voicemail saying they are not taking messages right now, I am disabled and this has happened everytime I have to update my info every 3 months even tho its suppose to be a year for disabled people.

The children services side is more like how to traumatize children from good families by taring the family apart. Oh and even though children services mess up and ruined your children lives who cares. They seem to bend over backwards for families that are drug addicts who are so addicted it is crazy versus those who are good parents. The foster system is horrible and the kid has ptsd, abused or worse.nAnd for the dhs side like food stamps or medical can be confusing at times. Good luck to speak to anyone live on the phone. At times you get a person that helps you on things however that is a hit a miss.

They don't care bout the children ! It's all bout the money . Their stealing children from good homes , placing them in drug houses , over populated foster homes !. If you don't jump through their whoops they have no resources available. God forbid you pass multiple drug test it's still not good enough ..nThat's why it's no longer called child welfare.. it's not bout the welfare of our children .. it's bout the welfare of their own pockets...

Tried calling to get a couple simple questions answered and after navigating through a ridiculous amount of automated hogwash I het to sit on hold for an hour! Instead of all the automated nonsense they should have a recording telling you hang up and call someone who cares cause we could care less about helping you! Now I sit travelling out of state paying top dollar for prescriptions because Oregon could care less to answer there phone and answer a question! Maybe I just won't go back to that pathetic state! Obviously couldn't care less!
