The guy that helped us was super nice! He acknowledged us as soon as we walked in the door and I could tell he was a real genuine caring guy. He was very attentive and it was like talking to a family member. It wasn't all business. I could sit and talk to him even more. He wasn't just focused on making a sale. He made us feel very welcome and focus on my need. You have a great employee.

I have used the Mattress Firm in Greenfield Indiana for my last several purchases. I can say that the friendly staff there has helped me by answering the questions and showing me the difference in quality of materials.nnWhen it comes to the warranty on mattresses and other materials, The Mattress Firm is Top Dog in my opinion. I had a warranty defect in a previous mattress and they jumped right on it and 100% rebated me on the warranty within 24 hours.nnThank you David and Max

We had an absolutely amazing experience at mattress firm purchasing an upgrade mattress yesterday! Max was super helpful and kind but to the point. It was a quick in and out, which we appreciated! Highly recommend them if you are needing a new mattress of any kind!
