Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful in our mattress research. He clearly knew a lot about Long's mattress, as well as other brands. He did not pressure us to purchase and answered all of our questions. He even answered questions that we didn't know to ask. We compared the Long's mattress against other brands and ultimately purchased a mattress, box springs, mattress cover, and pillows from Long's. Everything was delivered as promised and the delivery personnel were friendly and efficient. The entire process was completed in a comfortable and relaxing manner. We highly recommend doing business with Long's.

Chris S. salesman at the Greenfield store was very knowledgeable. He showed us different mattresses based on what we wanted. Explained to us what the difference between each on.nDelivery crew was efficient and were done in record time. Took old set and picked up after themselves.nGreat experience all around. Wish we would have came in earlier.

Chris was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in the mattress decision process. He is very pationate and it shows during the purchase process. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase but we fealt at ease that it was a no-brainer to go with Long's! Highly recommended
