Hancock Family Medicine- McKenzie

I have been coming here for over 9 years. They do their very best to fit me in for emergent illnesses, the wait time is less than 10 minutes and they have always been caring and attentive. Many of the nurses have been there since my first visit and know me by name. Dr. Shapiro has an amazing bedside manner and truly cares about the health of his patients. It’s wonderful to have a physician that takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides me the opportunity to have a voice in my healthcare. I would and have highly recommended them to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

The physicians at Hancock Family Medicine on McKenzie Rd are top of the line. The exemplify such compassion and empathy toward their patients. They all go above and beyond to treat their patients with the best care possible. The staff are so very kind and willing to always help. I am always greeted with a smile and my doctor is honest with me. I love all the staff here.
