Under staffed and long wait times for services. they only accept people with a network connected to the Hancock hospital on top of the fact they are under staffed. Want to wait long periods to get help? Want to feel like they are just barely able to help u and will refer u at a moments noticed due to the lack of availability? this place is overwhelmed and will not provide great service due to under staffed. long waits between visits, feeling rushed and feeling pressured because they are so busy. this place is not where u want to get help

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for counseling or psychiatric services.

The people are always nice. It's always sparkling clean. Not in a hard spot to find in town.
