Eye Surgeons of Indiana

Dr. Paul Cacchillo is an amazing surgeon! He cares so deeply about his patients. He treats you as if you’re his one and only patient. I’m so lucky I was referred to him! The staff here is also wonderful! They make sure you don’t walk away with any unanswered questions. I highly recommend Eye Surgeons of Indiana.

I arrived and was greeted. The intake experience was painless since I pre-registered. After that I was in the waiting room a short period of time. My eyes were examined by Jan, Jackie and Amber before seeing Dr. Orr. ALL personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as well as compassionate. Very nice experience.

My visit was good.I was poked in the eye by my infant. I went in for a precautionary because my vision in that eye was a bit blurry and it was still tender in the afternoon. I was seen immediately and the whole visit took under 15 minutes. The Dr. gave me some drops and told me there was some scratching but very minor. I was pleased with my visit because it was easy to make an appointment and no waiting. The dr was friendly also.

All the staff was extremely accommodating, particularly LouAnn. She was very flexible about my appointment time when I shared my extenuating circumstances. Holly (i think) was my tech and she was very pleasant and eased my fears. Dr Drecker (sp) was very pleasant and patient. The office is clearly doing all they can to keep everyone protected from the virus.

They were so great. Make you feel like you are their only patient. Tells you everything about the surgery and what to expect. Calls on you the next day to make sure you are okay. If you need any eye surgery at all I recommend them
