Roseburg Laundromat

I have always used this laundromat but have never met the owner until today. He is a nice guy and very helpful. I definitely will continue using this laundromat.

I got ripped off big time. i Used three of the six loaders and all three plus plus two more down the road for me did not spin out all the water out. I was NOT happy! I was washing blankets. Two blankets per washing machine. I ended up having to pay to re-wash my blankets again to ring out the water. I didn't realize that the people that were using the two washer machines down for me (that had the same problem) that they called the owner. They then said, after I just finished putting the blankets in different washers that the owners were going to show up. I didn't know that at the time when I put my blankets in to rewash to get the extra water out, But when the owner did show up he told all of us that that it happens to the machines when everybody is using the hot water, he says that a bubble forms in the line and all we have to do is push the start button again and it will restart the machine and extract all the water. I told him how angry I was (very nicely) and told him that I had already put my blankets in other washers to get the extra water out. And that now I probably won't even have the money to dry my clothes. (Throughout the whole weekend I had spent probably $90 total. I go there every weekend and normally spend $60) He said he understood why I was mad but didn't offer to reimburse me for the money that I wasted. I feel like the owner should have offered me money to reimburse me for three $4 machines. Plus the $6.50 per machine (3) that didnt ring out my blankets. I think that he should put up a sign saying something about if this happens that you need to push the start button again also he needs to put his phone number in case of an emergency.nUpdate: I'm going this morning to ask him to reimburse me for some of the money cuz my blankets are still wet and they're going to get moldy and I need money to dry them.I don't have any now.

Clean and well maintained. Machines worked great and no issues.

Clean, efficient washers and dryers. Not busy at all for Sunday. Quiet, too!
