My husband and I ordered a mattress through Comfort Option a few months ago after I heard about it on reddit. Since we aren't local to the store and weren't able to test out anything in person, we were happy to know that we could swap out any of the layers if it didn't feel right. We love the mattress we ordered and the fact that it could be customized to our comfort level. Every night we are excited to go to bed and sleep on what feels like a cloud!

My wife and I purchased our Comfort Option King mattress almost a month ago and so far, we love it! It is much more comfortable than our traditional mattress, but more importantly, the customization process is truly unique and gives you an opportunity to try several variations of the mattress in the comfort of your own home. We found the perfect mattress for us in our living room! Special shout out to Nathan and Ian, who were very patient and accommodating and who offered to build and install our new mattress for us on the spot. They have also followed up with us following the sale to make sure we are happy. We highly recommend for the excellent product and especially the unique and consistent customer service.

Their team reached out right away to confirm my choices and had my brand new, built on demand mattress to me in a matter of just a few days. My husband and I love it! I searched and researched for a new foam mattress for months. There are so many companies and options it's confusing and bewildering. Then I was told about Comfort Option. I visited their blog and their website and knew my search was over. Their attention to how you sleep and how your mattress impacts that is outstanding. They customize the mattress to your sleep habits so you actually sleep better. And best of all, their cooling technology actually works, so you don't overheat during the night. We got the mattress and the pillows and have absolutely zero complaints. Love the product, love the company attitude, and would recommend to everybody.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the process, service and mattress we received from Comfort Option. Delivery was convenient, fast and Josh and Landon were extremely friendly and helpful. Great service!! The S-FLEX mattress that we chose is listed as a good mattress for pressure relief and it is amazing! We are sleeping better then we have in years without all the aches and pains. We feel rested after a night of sleep and love our new mattress.
