Very disappointed that the owners and employees refuse to wear a mask. Big notice on the front door but when we came in not one mask with the exception of the jewelry repair man. Not once but twice. When we dropped off and when we picked up...Not even other customers. I stepped out and let hubby finish our transaction. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I refuse to give my hard earned money to people that don't care about my health. The mask is for me not you. Perhaps we need to educate our public a little better

I love this jewelry store. Jim, the owner, is a dear friend of my husband and me (after years of shopping there). Jim's daughter, Heather, is the lead salesperson and is extremely knowledgable. In other words, I LOVE Western Oregon Jewelry.

Best place in Roseburg to buy jewelry. It's probably the best place around, period. Family owned and operated. They are kind and courteous with reasonable pricing and a great selection. They also do custom work. I've stopped going anywhere else. You should do the same.
