They sent my grandmothers wedding ring to be cleaned and it was lost in post. While this by itself isn’t a great thing, it could have been forgiven had they not lied to her and refused to give her a straight answer about what happened to the ring.

Have know the owners for most of my 84 years. I'm a native Roseburger. Have been a buyer for past 60 years. Always treated me and my family fairly. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Weren't interested on anything that like wanted to sell.
