Rusty IS an amazing insurance agent. Great service, great prices and relaxed and friendly staff. Even for me and my two special needs kiddos. Everybody in the office has always been accommodating and pleasant to deal with.nHighly Recommend!!

Rusty is the most helpful responsive insurance agent I’ve had in my 50 years of doing business! He makes sure your coverage is adequate for your needs and I’ve saved so much $$$ after switching to Country. Rusty has been our agent for our personal household as well as our business for over 7 years now. I also appreciate that he’s not always trying to up-sale.

Rusty has been one of my favorite Insurance Agents! He's great at responding, he finds out what he needs and makes sure that you're well taken care of. We had a car accident, he was professional, reassuring, and extremely helpful! We moved from Roseburg, but we can't get rid of him he's the best ever! We've even now got our house insured with him! And Country Financial is a pretty good Insurance Company price wise. :)

If you want cheap good insurance rusty is the go to guy especially if you combine your insurance with renters insurance which makes it cheaper as well as covering everything you own! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good agent, yes every now and then he takes awhile to get back to you but that's because he has alot of clients just send him another text and he should get back to you. He is always willing to work with you and get you every possible discount with good coverage that you can get with flexible payment options dont hesitate to give him your business!

I've had problems with Rusty getting back to me in the past and told him I was going to change agents, he asked me to give him another try, which I did and now regret. Now he has cost me money and claiming ignorance saying he didn't know his companies policy (makes me wonder what other policies he doesn't know) and refuses to refund me. It took 6+ weeks to get the correct info which cost me roughly $250. Losing my policy and future business of others will cost him more in the long run from the bad reviews.
