Waiting for priority mail to CA, this post office must have some very it responsible employees! My mail per tracking was held 7 days at this facility before was send of to Indianapolis distribution center! We are talking Priority mail!!!!!! 7 days at the starting point!!! I will complain. Hope somebody will finally care at 800 number. Unheard of especially when you can track it and see it. Total neglect ! Judging by previous review somebody needs to be replaced!!!

Constant issues with our carrier. I spoke with a supervisor and never received the promised call back. I had to locate my own missing package which wasn't delivered one day because it needed a signature, but was delivered the next day without one. I'll be returning Monday to speak with the postmaster in person since our carrier can't seem to perform her job functions.

Would give them 0 if I could. Haven't received packages right since I moved to Greenfield. Even when my email says package delivered.. Also the mail carrier TOLD ME my package was on the truck and they would deliver it after the rest of the mail! This was a birthday present for my kid! And they still didn't deliver even when they said it was on the truck?! So upset.. Tried calling corporate and they STILL DID NOT EVEN ANSWER LET ALONE HELP!! So let down that this is a GOVERNMENT postal service! YOU ALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!

I would give zero stars if possible. 3 times they have REFUSED to hold our mail while out of town including prescription meds even though we gave ample notice with confirmation numbers for holding mail. Another occasion we were notified of personalized checks arriving but they never showed up. Supervisor said they were received in the post office but didn’t show them leaving. DHL said they were delivered at 6:30 p.m. No they weren’t as our security camera never recorded a delivery that day & we were home. Okay so who’s lying? And recently I was notified of a delivery that day via tracking and it never arrived. 2 days later I was notified by the company I ordered from that it was returned!!!! What????nHave filed 2 complaints with the district/regional offices, talked to the local postmaster & supervisor in person and they assume no responsibility for anything. The situation became so bad that we opened a P O Box in another town where we receive excellent service.
