Clean nice dogs and all but one worker was good it was a older lady dogs didnt like her and she didnt want us to get close to the cages at all something about her is off

We visited yesterday to see if there were any kitties to adopt and our child was traumatized at the sight of people scooping and dumping tons of dead dogs right next to the entrance. I understand that job needs to be done but it seems odd that it was done during normal hours so close to the main entrance...
