I've had auto insurance for 48 years, in six states and through multiple carriers. Brent places the customer's needs first, taking whatever time is needed to ensure customers understand their options.nI have been insured with Mr.Auto for 5 years, 10 x longer than the others. He has saved me money in more ways than one. I got a ticket for driving while suspended and no insurance. But I had insurance, the police officer informed me that a car insurance company won't insure someone with a suspended license. I called Brent and he said the car is still insured and provided me the proof. That part of the ticket was dismissed in court. Brent is kind, informative, and supportive.
