My wife and I attended a scheduled 30 minute meeting with Adam. 2 1/2 hours later, we were finished. We got to know him, he got to know us and about our adult kids. We went over our policies, our mortgage and future plans and goals. He gave us a few things to think about for our upcoming retirement and some ideas will require us to look elsewhere. Plus, his staff is top notch. I have mainly dealt with Pam and Gabby, and they are awesome, friendly and customer service driven. Pam was so much help after our house fire and during the rebuild.

Some how they called me. I usually don't answer this type a call. Having answered the phone, the first thing I said was, is this Jake from State Farm. The answer came back, no, it's Kate from State Farm. We laughed and it was great from then on. Diana figured up a rate for me, in between my humors remarks. Things were going great and the rate was some lower than what I'm paying. Then I ask where their office was. What a shame, they are not local, and I don't deal with folks out of town. Diana was so very nice, professional, and I felt sorry I was not going to deal with them. I needed to say all this because I want you to know how great they are. Before we hung up, I told Diana to have her boss call me so I could tell him how sorry I was, not to have them as my agent, and wanted him to know, what a great experience it was talking with her. I have never had this great an experience with an agent. AND! After Diana knew I was not going with them, she was still a great person! Don from Kokomo, IN
