3 stars because of the availability and willingness to help. The agents are great to work with, and are pretty much always available to help. That said, I was astounded, and bordering offended when I learned how overpriced they are. Through lighthouse I was paying $174 per month Just for the heck of it I clicked on one of those online price quotes that pop up while using social media. When all was said and done, I walked away with a new policy through a different provider, with more coverage than I originally had for $90 cheaper..
Love their burgers and onion rings. Recently on a hot day I bought a peach slushie. It was refreshing. Service is fast and staff are nice and courteous.
