Vail’s classic cars is anything but.nCan’t count the issue I had/have with my restoration and customer service with Vail’s, that will now end up in civil court for fraud.nnUsed parts installed but charged for new.nSpry paint old parts to make them look new.nCharged for parts that we not approved.nCan’t deliver a car on budget or timeline.nCommunication stinksnMy car broke down on the way home.nnCan’t fix simple issue on cars with out over charges.nThey used duck tape for my vehicle and thought that was an acceptable way to install parts.nnAfter a master Mechanic looked my “restored” car from Vails he found it unsafe to be on the road. Thousands spent fixing issues from Vails.nDon’t understand how a company could release a car knowing it wasn’t road safe.nnPlease don’t make the same mistake I did, take your business elsewhere and be happy.nVail’s will kill your dreams and pocket book at the same time.

These are great car guys I found them Fb market place and they had the car I was looking for, I asked them if the car was still available they responded within ten minutes, I went out there, they let me test drive the car and even put a hold on it for me, every time I called they were prompt to answer, they even shaved off the price a little for me. They made my car buying experience smooth and easy. I also got a personal tour of there shop and show room and as a car guy myself was floored and will be returning for more tours in the future, these guys were perfect gentleman nothing but professional I urge anyone with a mustang that needs work or any classic car to contact these guys, especially if your a true car guy because real car guys know real car guys and they are the real deal, I look forward to further business with these guys also.

Moses sold me a good car at a fair price. A few hiccups aside (that might be blamed on the delivery company), the purchase went off without surprises. If you're looking to be pampered and celebrated in a transformational showroom experience, I recommend elsewhere. For a no-nonsense transaction, Vail's is fine.

Owner and employees are HORRIBLE! 1 star is too much for this place. They never get back to you after repeated attempts with emails or phone calls. Dont waste your time or money just go somewhere else! Stay away from here! The cars they sell are complete garbage!!!
