Bug Zapper Pest Control

I had my initial appointment today with Bug Zapper. Justin was amazing! Very professional, but friendly and easy to talk to. He listened very patiently as I walked him around my property. He took cobwebs down out of the eaves, sprayed the inside, outside, and all of my outbuildings! He was very informative about the process and what they do on a bi-monthly basis. It's a comfort to know that if I have a problem in between appointments, It will be taken care of at no extra charge. Super happy! Thanks Justin!

Company used to be great to work with. My wife and I both have told countless people to use them because they used to be a great company. Not any more! Service has went downhill, We have asked repeatedly for paper billing or to even see a bill/payment history. Many times when they treated our house the windows had overspray and drips running down them. We have alot of spiders inside and outside the house, even a week after they sprayed. My advise, find a different company that has pride in their service.

I called them this morning about yellow jackets in my wall. Ty came out within a few hours and even called to see if he could arrive before the appointment time! I highly recommend this company, very reasonable rates and great customer service from the first phone call! Thank you!

First experience using a pest control company and they were amazing! From the first phone call to the first tech visit they were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful in answering all my questions. I highly recommend them!

We have always had good service with Bug Zapper. If we ever have a problem they are just a call away. They always have someone here as soon as possible. The guys that service our house are always very polite and helpful. We especially like TyLynn.
