Umpqua Stone

We are building a new home and I was referred by our contractor to use Umpqua stone and he didn't steer me wrong. Everyone was wonderful!nKathleen was awesome and helped me choose some great materials and even when I changed my mind on things she was more than helpful.nCharles and Thomas were awesome. They both would contact me when they had questions. I appreciated their knowledge and helpful suggestions on choosing the right edge for our stone in our home.nThomas did excellent work on the installation. Umpqua Stone has done my kitchen and 2 baths, all of which are absolutely gorgeous! The crew is great! Knowledgeable, resourceful in ideas for finishing touches, etc. The customer service is beyond none. And of course the product selection is phenomenal. So many beautiful, unique slabs to pick from. Deciding is the hardest part! I’m so glad I chose Umpqua Stone. My granite is unique, doesn’t look like everyone else’s. I have one more bath to remodel, and I’m definitely going with Umpqua Stone! Bill at Umpqua Stone really knows his stone. You can tell that he absolutely loves each and every piece and can help to educate you in the process of picking out what is perfect for your home. The installation process was painless and the guys that came out were very neat and clean when they did the work. My friends all Ooh and Ahh at what a difference the granite made and have all asked for referrals which I was proud to give!

Patient and Helpful! The entire staff has been extremely patient and helpful during the process of picking my countertops. Charles was excellent when measuring and installing my counters and sink! Turned out wonderful, great people to work with!

10 stars Operation! Each time we go to Umquq Stone for our granite needs our situation is more complicated. Each time Charles & Bill solve our problems graciously and with beautiful results. Thank you Charles for traveling all the way to Sun River. Our counters came beautifully. AS USUAL AMAZING!!!
