Not a nice person. Her tone was curt and her attitude was terrible. People are down when they have to ask for this help and she makes them feel worse. First she told me where I lived was unacceptable ( i told her it was better than my car ) then she said we had lived here too long. Not at all sure what that means. We have to live somewhere. She left me with the impression that we deserve to be homeless. Looking down on the people who need help is not appropriate for someone in her position.
Was in there today. Was told that I could not be helped. I felt like they didn't want to help me because I am hispanic. But they sure was quick to help people that are on heavy drugs. Because they helped people that are heavy users of meth and other drugs.
