No punctuality, made a little boy wait for hours for nothing just couldn’t show up

I really like the timeliness of the appointments. I can get in to see a doctor or nurse practitioner right away, if needed, and the wait to be seen time in the lobby is short.nYou, also, can for convenience choose which location. There are 4 or 5 locations.nDr. Parkes is very knowledgeable, caring and detailed. I highly recommend him.

The staff had always been helpful and tried to squeeze in appointments at the last minute for my child. However, the young woman whom took my phone call last was not professional, nor understanding. If you cannot handle the pressures of taking phone calls as a doctor's office receptionist, then I advise for you to not work there. Patients and parents of patients are the reason you take home a paycheck. Don't get rude, or testy when the parent of a sick child is getting frustrated because the Doctor will not be in the office for days. I asked her what her name was and it was Rachel.

30 minute wait in lobby with our very sick baby. and they sent us to the hospital. no help. no recommendation from me. Very unprofessional all around.

Dr Parkes has been very good to me. He truly wants to help and he is open minded. He doesn't seem to get overwhelmed with my very rare conditions and always makes me smile. I will never change to a different doctor. I highly recommend him!!
