Jody is the best and listens as long as you need to talk. Never rushed. If you have 5 different things wrong at the same time she takes the time and looks at them all. She has a very in-depth knowledge of medical treatment, and has never rushed our appts. She is polite and very kind with a sense of humor and great bed side manor. I’ve seen her for years. I feel secure knowing she looking after me. She really does care for all her patients.

NP Jodi Root is not only a awesome NP but she is a very sweet and caring person. Jodi takes her time with each individual and she goes out of her way to do the best medical treatment possible. If Jodi cannot take care of the problem she will refer you out to someone who can. The staff there is so sweet and helpful I like to aggravate Matt but it’s all in fun lol. Not sanitary lack of staff it’s awful lady was smoking then came in to take my blood with no gloves or washing of hands horrible hours never answers the phone or calls back for med refills I would go to Monroe primary or IU health

My experience with NP Jody Root has been phenomenal. Very low wait times and immediate attention If needed. She exceeds my expectations of a PCP and she is far more attentive to my needs and healthcare than any provider I have had in the past.
