Bought multiple items throughout the years from Dark Knight Armory and have had zero problems.nnWith a little research into the brand of the item they carry, I always get the best item for a great price.nBest part is its within the states. Ships fast and at a reasonable price.nnI would recommend waiting for sales as they have some good deals on more expensive pieces.

Ordered some pirate items from dark knight armory. Items appeared nice on delivery and were shipped quickly without issue. After only two times being worn (indoors), the material on the pirate captain's boot began to come apart and flake. I contacted the store about this who said there was nothing they could do. I left a review for the item on their web page - not a complete hazing review, just that the item did not last - and the store deleted the comment.nnAvoid this store.

Made an order, selected two day shipping. Got order in just over two weeks. Cape looked like it had been drug on the ground with a big slash/rub across the fabric at the neck about 7” long. Contacted them, manager said return it. But, since it was past 15 days there would be a “re-stocking fee”. ud83dude21n(Wouldn’t have been 15 days if your sub-mediocre employees had shipped properly. Such as the manager, so goes the employees, I guess.)nHave since done research on Dark Knight, & Medieval Collectibles ((SAME COMPANY!)) found many bad reviews!! DON’T HAVE TO TAKE MY WORD, LOOK UP MORE REVIEWS!!nBut, as for my advice: ORDER “NOTHING” FROM THESE PEOPLE. Order it somewhere else, or make it/have it made. Or, just plain do without.nDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE:n~YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!~

Order came in later than expected. The dress is a 3x and weighs about 30lbs. It is also made for someone who is 8ft tall. If I have it altered it will change the look of the dress. I tried sending it back but they charge a 15% restocking fee and I have to pay for shipping. For as much as it costs I expected it to be what I ordered! Never ordering again!
