So disappointed...first time I went in I gave my information to a lady at the desk and was told they would look into request and get back with me. Never heard a word from them. Several months later gave them a second chance. Exact same experience. The lady that took my information pretty much blew me off making me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I never write reviews but was so frustrated with my experience that I wanted to share.

Would always say when I called they had someone on other line..would cut me short.nPER Jean I wasn't receiving the rest of my refund from a cruise I booked with them because of commission for agency which wasn't true....Case being looked into...think twice before booking with Adventures in travel

They work with you and provide plenty of details. Definitely a go-to for vacation planning.
