Margaret Mary Health - Main Campus

I always loved Margaret Mary and Never have had issues with this hospital. Actually I have always recommended it to others. Well September 5th at around 1 am. I ran my dad to the ER because I found him in bad bad shape and he needed help and all the nurses was very very nice, the desk staff was rude and the ER doctor on call was beyond rude and yelling at me in the parking lot saying I was being ludicrous for bringing my dad there after someone at Margaret Mary had told my family to bring Him there and they would take him and admit Him. So he wasn't even evaluated properly and sent out the door so we ended up at another hospital that admitted him immediately and He now has a several day stay and rehab after to learn to walk again. This was the worst experience ever with this hospital. I will never go back for anything.

Moved from Florida to Ohio, dropping my son off in Indiana and my wife went into labor. Our whole life is crazy right now and we feel so blessed to come across this little hospital where the staff and the doctors are so incredible. They took my wife in with open arms and are super caring and kind. I never thought my son would be born in a little town in Indiana but im glad he was born at Margaret Mary health. They are Saints and we truly appreciate them so much we cant put it into words. Thank you guys so much.

I went in to the ER/urgent care on oct 29th because I had a bad cough and difficulty breathing. With everything going on right now I was concerned I had COVID so I went in to get checked. Long story short the nicest person to me was the front desk lady. The nurse that was getting me checked in was rude and made me feel like I was wasting her time. The first doctor I seen spent maybe 2 minutes with me and again made me feel like I was wasting his time. The nurse that had come in to do my nasal swab for COVID was rude and made me feel like I was wasting her time. The second doctor I had seen made me feel like I was a waste of his time. This is the second time I’ve come to Margaret Mary and the staff has made me feel uncomfortable and like I shouldn’t be there. The only thing the nurses and doctors are good at there is to make you feel like you’re not welcomed there and you’re a waste of their time. I would rather stay at home and suffer or drive an hour to a different hospital, than to come back to Margaret Mary. They ask for feedback but does anyone even read them and take them into consideration or is it just the good feedbacks that they like. If you want a hospital that doesn’t care about you then Margaret Mary is the perfect choice.

I don't love hospitals as no one does, but if you go to one mmh is the one to go too. Especially labor and delivery they are awesome and like family. Had all 3 of my there very comfortable stay the staff is beyond great

I am currently an employee of Margaret Mary Health and I have to say that this is one of the best positions I have been in. The people here are very friendly. No matter what part of the hospital you are in or which way you look everyone has a smile on their faces. To work with the people I do I feel truly blessed. I bring my kids to Margaret Mary Health pediatrics and I love it. I always feel welcome and at home when I am in here. I have seen numerous doctors and been to the ER multiple times and I always feel welcomed when I enter the doors.
