Batesville Dental

My first time going to Batesville Dental, I was nervous. It had been a while since my teeth had been seen. :) Dakota eased my anxiety and made the experience lighthearted and fun. Dr. Brad was thorough and excellent. And the entire staff was very friendly and kind. The facility is state of the art and I knew I was in good hands! Thanks, everyone!

This may be a great Dental Practice but I will never know. I had an appointment scheduled months ago with a doctor that accepts my dentalnInsurance. The day before my appointment dental practices were closed for COVID19. The office staff called explain they would now be closed and rescheduled my dental appointment. One would assume the office knows how to reschedule my appointment and no issues would become of THE OFFICE reschedule the appointment. Unfortunately this was not the case. I wait the additional 4 months for my appointment show up for my appointment the day THE OFFICE scheduled my appointment, in fact I showed up early at the office’s request because they had a few cancellations. I spend 15 minutes filling out paper work and having photos of my teeth taken and meet the dentist. Prior to starting my cleaning the hygienist realizes a mistake has been made and the Doctor doesn’t take my insurance and I will need to pay $300 and have my insurance reimburse me. I said the office scheduled my appointment knowing full well what insurance I had and was confused how it was now my problem or responsibility. Office basically says too bad I can reschedule or pay. Well since COVID19 is still a thing I didn’t bring a purse only my identification and insurance card because my insurance has 0 outofpocket for cleaning/xrays but was still told too bad they can’t do anything about it reschedule or pay the $300. I of course did not reschedule because it was THE OFFICE fault not mine and if they can nickel and dime a person so easily, when clearly they were at fault, imagine how they nickel and dime your office visit. I imagine half the dental work they claim a person needs is just for the almighty dollar!

For the most part everyone there is awesome, friendly and informative but the management over the employees is awful. They do not treat employees equally and are not very friendly to certain employees family members who are patients as well. Would NOT recommend as a family dentist mainly because of the way management handles situations.

The hygienist who worked on my teeth was very pleasant and great to work with. She was gentle during my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. They truly care about their patients at Batesville Dental.

All of the office staff I worked with were very helpful and informative. They explained all of my options and make sure I fully understood them before I left. Thank you Batesville Dental for the excellent service.
