I've been here three separate times this year, each visit has been relatively brief with friendly and courteous service. I had checked the state's website before going to make sure I had all necessary documentation. The only surprise I've had is transferring my M endorsement from out of state. I had to retake the written test, even though I originally received my endorsement at this branch 20 years ago and transferred to two other states without issue.

One of the few locations I have visited where the employees exhibit unabashed disappointment with customers who have brought all required paperwork to an appointment. There are few behaviors worse than expressing measurable disdain when confronted with doing your job.

I was soooo close to saying this was first time ever that I had a good experience at our Brookville BMV, but I was not disappointed. The customer service rep who was attending to us was sweet, engaging and helpful. There are 3 of us on a title and we all had to present to sign. Then who ever the big bad wolf was that walked in from lunch quickly intervened to tell us we were NOT to have the extra chair at the window and we needed to separate. We live in the same household and I believe the state opened up fully on Saturday. I hope Alexia continues to give great customer service even though her superior would not have it. This is a way to handle things and being rude it not part of it. I wish that these ladies would stop with this way of handling business, but kudos on being consistently rude.
