Older models but well kept mostly quiet and friendly
Small mobile home park with a small community. My only problem is with the children. They don't care about the other people and they ruin the park. Otherwise, it may look trashy, but the people who live here are usually nice and worry about the rest of the community. The manager lives in the last trailer after taking a right and following the road until it turns.
Not bad, visited a friend there, seemed a bit run down as far as how the caretaker has done his job.

The roads are terrible, they have not paved in years I don't think they even fill in the pot holes.
