Kroger Pharmacy

Very slow!! I waited in line for 30 mins just for them to tell me they didnt have enough medicine. That was 2 hrs after the dr sent the prescription over to them.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst I’ve ever used.nTheir customer service is extremely poor and don’t bother contacting them via phone, because they never answer. They never contact you to let you know they are out of certain meds until you are there for pickup. Then they state you must wait 3 days or go to a different pharmacy.

Staff is so slow never have the medicine ready when they tell you

Pam at Kroger pharmacy helped us with a problem we were having getting a refill. She was absolutely fantastic, very professional and compassionate. We are very very grateful for her assistance.

I HAD major surgery and went to fill a Rx of Percocet at 1PM at this Kroger . They said it would be 1 hour till it's ready...I came back to pick up my RX 5 hours later at 6:00PM and then they tell me they don't have that medicine there and it would be available in 3 days. They had my phone number on file and did not bother to call me to let me know. I am very upset and in lots of pain because of there very unprofessional way of operation. The pharmacists name is Trisha Banet.
