I had them make a custom wedding band and engagement ring for my wife using the ring that she had worn for 20 years but needed to be replaced due to age and wear. They took the diamonds out and melted the gold down from her original ring to make her a one of a kind custom ring. They made her comfortable with the process from start to finish, and believe me for her to let go of her original ring was tuff for her to do, but knowing it WAS her original ring reborn made the decision easier. When it was done she was more than thrilled with her new set. If you have a custom work that needs to be done, I would not hesitate to let them walk you through the process.
