Service was great overall good experience. The Reps. are very helpful. But the company GIVES CUSTOMERS THAT SWITCH BETTER DEALS . SOME MORE THAN 60 PERCENT CHEAPER THAN THE CUSTOMERS. THE PHONE I UPGRADED TO AFTER A YEAR WAS 175 DOLLARS. A PERSON SWITCHING WOULD GET THE PHONE FREE AND PAY ACTIVATION. SHOULD BE SAME PRICES FOR BOTH. THAT DID UPSET ME

My phone started acting real weird and it was stuck on talk back. It wouldn't do anything right. No calls, texts or anything. I had to walk a long ways to get to my home store on State St. in New Albany. But it was worth it! The young man working there was courteous, funny, and very knowledgeable about how to get my phone working again without a reset. I've been with Metro for over a year and have no complaints. Yesterday our family went to State St New Albany metro. We spoke with a young lady that was very nice and so helpful. Today we went to same store but a different person said she can't give us what the other lady quoated us and gave is double the quoat. They just lost all if us(15 lines) SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. SHE SUPPOSEDLY IS THE BOSS AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME HER BOSSES NUMBER. THAT IS 15 PPL THAT THEY JUST MISSED OUT ON. IF I CAN TALK ANYONE ELSE WE KNOW INTO LEAVING THIS COMPANY I MOST CERTAINLY WILLud83dudcafud83dudcafud83dudcafud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20

Manager was rude and unwilling to listen. Needed to update my information and security information. He kept inturrupting to say I should upgrade when I clearly told him I was not interested in upgrading at this time.nLeft without updating anything. They weren't even busy.nGreat provider, just bad customer service at this location.

They added an accessory to my purchase that they said was mandatory if earphones which wasn't true, plus they added a phone protection plan I didn't agree to I had to get customer service to refund ..the pH was 10.00 w a new line..plus activation and my month the three staff there ..they all seemed a bit off
