They appear to be disorganized and inconsistent every time I visit. Everything from test results, to doctors interpreting and communicating results. I’ve had nothing but delays in getting a piece of mind on what my diagnosis really is because appts keep getting cancelled, delayed or doctors quit. There are good people working there, but the organization as a whole is not there. Go somewhere else especially if your health is on the line.

horrible they never answer the phone for patients. I have left numerous messages and no one will ever call me back. we will take our services elsewhere where we can at least get a call back to see if the issue is serious or not.

I like the staff there but one older black lady that schedules has gotten so bitter I used to think it was just for show but it's not she's very nasty to people call to make appointment and she's very short with you and her verbal responses are clearly sarcastic and doesn't care then she doesn't ever call back like she says I think it's time she retire or be moved to a position where she don't have to interact with other humans....

Appointment times are not honored at all, a 9am appointment...and you won't even see the doctor until 10:30 or later. They have no consideration for the patient at all. When you go for treatment, they leave you waiting...we were there for an hour and a half just to get routine lab and injection. I do not recommend tis facility at all

All though we have had good experiences with the staff being very considerate and sympathize in my moms condition . The process with the insurance has been ridiculous , my mom has stage four lung cancer that has spread and is two to 3 weeks now behind on chemo treatments because of a type of medicine that has to be approved , I feel like when these things are serious , and life threatening this should be taken care of way ahead of time we have been delayed so many times before and now we are behind on treatments , with a cancer that could spread more ... very slow at doing things !
