I would give zero stars if I could. I took my grandson here several months ago. I wanted to address his sleeping problems. The doctor told me to lock him in his room at night. Received a bill for $135.00 to be told that. (after they billed insurance). What a joke! And the front desk reception is terribly rude.

We have been using this office since they opened in Salem for our eleven year old, seven year old, and now our newborn. During that time, we have had great service from the staff and no matter which doctor or nurse practitioner we have seen, they have all been very helpful, informative, and pleasant to work with.

Up until this point the doctors, NPs, and staff have been wonderful. I don't know what has changed in the last few months but most of them know me and know my situation. My husband has been fighting bone cancer along with covid-19. It has been very difficult to get into the office. I am his only caregiver. However, Lisa called me and left me the nastiest message this morning. She said in a very rude and demeaning tone that I have not brought one of my kids in for a well check and how that's unacceptable and also how she is going to call and let my insurance company know that I'm not taking care of my child! Seriously! I of course immediately called back and addressed the situation. This is unacceptable. I cannot believe this woman treated me this way. They always have worked with me. Then when I called her back and told her how I felt she hung up on me. Oh so professional. I have immediately found a new pediatrician. This place is crumbling. Better find a new place to take your child.

I'm not sure who was in charge of making sure my son's prescription got sent to the pharmacy but I shouldn't have to call begging you to call the prescription in because the fax wasn't being received. I've called 3 times and been at the pharmacy for an hour. Ridiculous!
