Cassandra M. Bittenbender, MD

First visit with her today. One of the most kindest people I've ever met. All the staff extremely friendly. I really felt comfortable and heard there.

I have never met anyone who has treated my and my families health as callously as Dr. Cassandra does. The staff in front are just as bad depending on the day.

Called this office to get my kids transferred due to us moving down here and the lady on the phone was hateful. Definitely won’t be taking my children here.

I just called to try to set up a new appointment. The woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I explained that I recently got insurance and this office is the one that was assigned to me for basic care and she acted as if that was the biggest inconvenience for them. Once she finally got back to me and tried to set me up with an appointment that wasn’t until September I explained that I may need to find somewhere else to get in sooner and she huffed and slammed the phone down. Thankful I won’t be going there.

This is the strangest facility. If you take someone back in the room with you, then Dr Cassey treats you good, I had good service today, but only cause people were with me, so for that I give her 3 stars, 1-13-2020
