Dr. Ansert diagnosed my problem immediately. I had been to another podiatrist who looked at my feet, didn't touch them and prescribed pain meds that did nothing. When Dr. Ansert treated my codition with painful shots, my anxiety was alleviated by Dr. Ansert and his assistant with their humor and a spray on analgesic to help with the pain. Also, to my surprise, two of the most beautiful dogs I have ever seen entered the room and sat on either side of me so I could pet them while the shots were being given. I was amazed by the comfort they gave me. I am not a dog person but these dogs really knew their job. If I ever had a dog I would want a Goldendoodle. Going for my second visit, knowing I would have more shots I was not nervous because I knew it would be a pleasant visit with a little pain on the side. Also, everyone in the office was more than cordial. They were like good friends though I had never met them before.
