I have visited many times after multiple joint surgeries. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and thorough. Outstandingly top notch. They work with you to help you attain the best possible result using a variety of exercises, equipment, and kind encouragement. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and kind in getting you convenient appointments. A very pleasant atmosphere and friendly crew.

I do not recommend this business to anyone. Not only did they not give me the service I paid for and was promised, it took THREE weeks to receive any promise of refund. I was given incorrect phone numbers purposely by their HR representatives, my phone number was blocked and my messages ignored. Until I got my bank involved, there was no resolution. Once I was told I would receive the refund, I waited five days. I called again (using my wife’s phone that wasn’t blocked), and they had “forgotten” to issue the refund.nIf you value your time and money, don’t receive services here.
