Looking to purchase some CPAP supplies. Was checking out their webpage but I’m going to have to go by the store to see what they offer.

Billing department is an incompetent NIGHTMARE!! constant problems with insurance filings. Finally paid a $149 bill that was covered by my insurance but they couldn't seem to file correctly, just to get rid of harassing robots calls and RUDE billing department ! THIS WENT ON FOR MONTHS!My husband has done business with Goulds for years and never once had problems with insurance claims! STAY AWAY FROM this company. I think insurance fraud is being committed.

I have been trying to call this stupid company this morning and cannot get a live person. Their stupid answering system won't route you anywhere but to a recording and then when they have deemed you have held long enough they tell you to leave a message which you can't leave or press 7 for the operator which doesn't worki.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The staff will NOT answer phone calls, ever. The staff is also extremely rude and uncaring. Also, they misspelled my name and continued to use the wrong address, even after I had corrected them multiple times. Be prepared for this company to never bill insurance, and ignore the paperwork and signs guaranteeing a refund if you return within 30 days, they will not give refunds. This company is a giant scam taking advantage of the very people they claim to be helping. DO NOT GO HERE. Be sure to notify your insurance of the fraud and local law enforcement as they take it very seriously, hopefully they'll be shut down before they can continue this.
