If you're in the Kentuckiana area and want decent, honest, nice people to work with for your insurance, you won't want to look any farther than Bob Bitner. They have never failed to answer my questions or concerns and have had helpful suggestions for how I could improve my insurance, all the time without feeling pressured to buy more products I probably didn't need. And when disaster strikes, they (and all the national phone line reps I spoke with) we're all respectful and kind. This staff truly makes you feel cared about as a person.

I have state farm for my auto, life insurance and all my other insurance needs. Bob Bitner is the best. I was injured in February 2018 I have not worked since then ,I was 100 percent disabled. I didn't know my life insurance had a disability provision included in my policy, meaning if you become disabled were you cannot work you won't get charged your monthly premium until your able to work, also State Farm sent me a check for Premiums paid from the time I was disabled. This was above and beyond, most insurance companies would hope you wouldn't realize this was part of your policy ,not Bob Bitner and State Farm he bought this to my attention and with my wife getting cancer two weeks after I became 100 percent disabled this helped us very much. I would recommend Bob Bitner State Farm to everyone, honest and always very helpful to anyone's insurance needs... Thank you from our family ...my name is HAROLD COLE and family...

Was trying to switch from another company because I've heard great things about State Farm and this man; however, after speaking with Vernon (I believe), I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am an educated professional who had a few specific questions about rates and premiums and deductibles and was openly mocked and talked down to. His condescension was not appreciated, and while I can't deny these rates are near unbeatable, I'll be taking my auto, home, and life insurance elsewhere as a result of his attitude. If he cannot come to the phone and work with customers in a profession manner, this isn't the profession for him.
