I lost my front passenger side tire and rim due to a pothole over a week ago. The contract says they provide towing. So far they have refused to tow my car. I was told they would send someone out to install the emergency spare and then I could drive the car 50 miles on the freeway to the dealership. My second call to them I was told I could “take the car to any USED tire store”. It is now one week after the incident, my car is not fixed. I did actually attempt Maximus advice and I tried to drive the car. Unfortunately the car is damaged and it is unsafe to drive. One week later there is still no resolution to this issue. I would not recommend this insurance group as they do NOT honor their contracts.

I am a big fan of EASY. The mobile app helped me avoid calling and doing everything over the phone and fax. Hannah was quick to respond through the My Car app.nnMaximus was also flexible to work with me and my local dealer since my selling dealer was pretty far from my home.

This coverage is a joke. If you bought it, cancel it. Received a nail in my tire and the tires had 11/32 tread life but new is 16/32 so all my tires required replacement. This company will only pay for 1. It’s a joke
